Abyssinia Security Solutions provides cybersecurity education, range simulation, and vulnerability research strictly for lawful, defensive, and authorized institutional use. Any utilization of tools, scripts, or techniques taught on this platform against unauthorized systems constitutes a criminal offense under applicable Ethiopian and international cybersecurity laws.
1. Cyber Range Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
When utilizing virtual laboratory machines, cloud terminals, and practical exercises, users agree to the following constraints:
- Attack traffic must remain strictly confined within designated subnet ranges assigned to your virtual container session.
- Do not execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or network flooding against platform host infrastructure.
- Do not exfiltrate proprietary laboratory disk images, challenges, or source codes for external distribution.
- Immediate revocation of platform access without recourse will occur for any violation of these network parameters.
2. Academic Integrity & Mentorship Rules
Students enrolled in academy curricula must produce original work for all graded lab assessments, assignments, and capstone examinations. Plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration on graded exams, or automated submission scripts designed to bypass genuine evaluation will result in expulsion and invalidation of course transcripts.
3. Enterprise Engagements & Confidentiality
For corporate clients engaging in Penetration Testing, SOC Monitoring, or Consultation, all activities are governed by signed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) executed prior to engagement initiation.
4. Intellectual Property
All curricula, training videos, lab configurations, documentation, software tools, brand assets, and course materials are the proprietary intellectual property of Abyssinia Security Solutions. No reproduction or commercial redistributions are permitted without prior written consent.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any legal disputes arising from use of the platform shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
